I am asking if there are online publications or a website for organizations that track or document revivals or major moves of God around the globe.

I hear about the moves of God from others by word of mouth, but I am interested in going to the source of the info.

I am presently a missionary in the Philippines that is working with a nation-wide church planting organization.

I have heard there was a move of God in the south of India, in Nigeria and in Venezuela in the past 10-15 years, but I wanted to get more up to date information.

Personally, I don't think there is a lot of "revival" going on in these days. I believe we are in the last days' apostacy and the church is falling away into the Laocecian age, and if there is much going on it is in the lives of individuals more than in any group. A lot of what people are calling revival is nothing more than emotionalism based on music concerts but true spirituality is really diminishing. I am not a doomsday preacher, just a studier of the Bible.

I don't know for sure, but there are a lot of resources on the Free Stuff page @ http://web.express56.com/~bromar/ and some of them almost certainly have to do with church history and revivals.
