We are new members of a country club with a no tipping policy. What is the standard for tipping/gift for a country club manager?

if there's a no tipping policy... you dont tip.
if you really feel you got to thank the manager... give a dinner voucher or a bottle of whiskey or something of the sort.
people go totally crazy with this tipping business over the holidays.
