I have done BSc + 1 Year Diploma in Computer science and application both are full time. I was wondering if this is as per the US Education and weather i am educated enough to apply for H1b

you would appear to meet the minimum qualifications for an H1b. However, as noted, you need to be offered a position first, and your employer has to actually file the petition. Part of the petition application process requires submitting academic records to an educational service which determines if your credentials are at least equivalent to a US university degree. However, until the petition is filed and approved, you won't be able to apply for the visa.

It's education requirements are pretty loose from what I have seen of their skills. Over 70% of H1-B's are with Indian companies - check with them.

With spelling, punctuation, and grammar like that...I would wait a while. Hint: It's spelled "whether." "Weather" refers to the atmospheric conditions outside.

You are qualified but must be accepted first in order to qualify and prove that you have enough money to support your stay in the US by presenting credible bank accounts.
