Some people divide their CVs into different sections -- professional service and volunteer service. Others combine the two, listing jobs undertaken from latest to oldest, regardless of whether or not they were paid. It's up to you which you do.

For any volunteer service, you list it the same way you do for professional service:
-- a title for your "job" (could just be "volunteer")
-- the name of the organization you worked under (that would be the name of the school)
-- the date of this service
-- the city where this service took place
-- a description of the service (including *why* it was undertaken, whom the service benefited, if you worked as part of a team, if this was an annual or regular event, etc.)

The certificate is more for your own display, not for inclusion with your CV.
