Interviewed by employer from Abudabi on 16th sept'07 through a reputed job consultant for stores manager at Delhi. At that time interviewer told me you will hear from us within 6 to 7 weeks. But till now no phone calls from employer and consultant. When phone the consultant they tell few have recevied, only engineers but not for stores.
How can I confirm that whether my employer is trying for my visa or they have taken another person in my place?
When I telephoned HR senior staff of the employer he politely told me please don't disturb me I cannot attain everybody's telephone ask your consultant.

If you approached the company through a reputed job consultant,then shouldn't the answer re;employment be coming from him? Are we missing something ? If you use a service then the service is responsible to inform you not the interviewer. Otherwise , what would be the purpose of the consultant?
