Very little, and it's healthy fat. They contain protein mainly, which the body will convert to fat if it doesn't use it. But generally beans are an excellent source of nutrition. Kudos to you for taking care of your body!

well all foods contain a certain portion of fat, but its what we call the good fat... its not this processed added stuff.. and beans are high in fiber and vitamin B and riboflavins and omega 3's.. they are so good for you... if everyone could eat beans daily...
