If you've got a good lawyer, she should be able to answer your question much better than any of us on here. There are too many variable factors that you haven't addressed here for anyone on Y! Answers to answer your question properly.

Let's see. DUI. Two possessions of drug Paraphanalia, two hit and runs, and two dwp (driving while plastered?).

Probability of jail---VERY HIGH.

HOPEFULLY--"Go directly to jail. Do not pass go. Do not collect two hundred dollars"

You are a menace to society, with obviously impaired judgement.
TWO hit and runs
TWO Drug Paraphanalia
DUI
TWO DWP

When you mess up, you do it great. Glad I wasn't anywhere near where you were driving!

I think you might get some time in jail.
maybe 30 days give or take, even with a good lawyer im afraid.

my guess is if they do it will be right after the trial.

Sorry.. I hope everything works out for you

Good luck!

Yea Dude you are probably going to jail...how long is up to the judge. And in this case will more than likely go right after the verdict.

I think there is a good chance of you doing some time, but I just don't know how much. It depends if you have a stern judge or not.

If it's your first, you probably would just get probation, IMO. But if you do go, yes you go right when the judge decides. Your lawyer should be answering these questions for you.

Please, if you get probation and keep your license, Please, please don't drink and drive. You may kill a family, or the neighbor down the street, or even just yourself. How would you live with that if you did live? Call a friend next time please. It is worth your time.
