why when you have a gf or whatever and you mention another woman to them why is it they think you are sleeping with them is it because they really feel it or just want to cause trouble?

Women tend to get very possessive of their significant others because of the inate animal instinct that a man possesses...he is always at the ready and can be swayed very quickly and easily to a) engage in sexual behavior or b) leave without too much anxiety and go pursuing
With the women reacting like this it tends to make him think twice before he makes that impulsive decision
If it is a common thing among women...there must be something to be said for the above..
But women, in their own protective way, can mess up a relationship if they carry their instincts too far..give him a little slack and show him that you trust him then you can decide from their depending on his behavior....

Depends. It could be because they are immature and jealous, or because they don't trust other women that try to get close to you or they don't trust you. Do you make your gf feel secure and are you trustworthy? Or do you flirt around and then wonder why she just doesn't trust you. How do you mention other women? Are you trying to make her feel insecure? There are so many games that males and females play, it is hard to give you an answer without knowing the two of you.

It's the same way that, if they mention another guy particularly in a positive light, we get angry. We don't want to feel inadequate compared to other people in our gender, and they don't want to either. Jealousy is a powerful device of manipulation.

because she might feel insecure. if she has a low self-esteem the worse it will be. when you mention her you should say something good about her 2, it'll make her feel better and she'll forget about the other woman !!

insecurit, tension, doubts, the myth that are men are dogs. thats the 1st thing men would say its common in some. i dont have a boyfriend and aint really bothered about these things but looking at others thats what nomally comes out.

it's just normal..
of course you're girl will get curious why you're
telling stories about her,
she might feel you have these tiny feelings for her,
you too will feel the same when you're girl is telling some
story about a guy...

We don't want to know that you think or know other women. period.
Don't mention them, don't ask about them.
if you do...and you sense jealousy...mention how bad they looked or that you saw the women kicking a puppy.

Depends on how you mention them.... if you show too much interest, she will feel jealous. That's how we're made.
