On a guy...there should be a written law mandating that guys with a sexy chest have nipple rings... I love them!!!
On girls... equally as sexy and fun as long as the breasts are nice.
I have mine done, and they are the only piercing that I don't ever see myself getting rid of.

nice to have some open minds here...
i've got both mine done (as a female), and i love them. so does my partner - in fact all my boyfriends have thought they're really sexy (and my current partner really isn't into body mods)
on a guy - as long as they're attractive - wouldn't look good on a fat guy, but if you're toned - hell yeah. although getting it done by a professional is important... an ex got his done while drunk, and it was wonky, not a brilliant look!

many woman think piercings on men are sometomes cute and manly on a guy ,its his desision. i would say yay if his personallity is punky and strong. but if there personallity is hansome and properly dressed quiet type i would say nay. BUT HONESTLY ON A WOMAN ?. that is just not right i defintily say N N N... NAY.

Nipple piercing are cool on girls, but I think guys look bad in them.

It depends what you like I suposse.
I think it's revolting.
My grandad's mate had it done, lol.
It started to get infected and it cained so much.
So he pulled it out - ouch!!

It depends, i think that it looks gay on a woman. You cant breast feed then if getting pregnant.
