I like the second one. However I would enlarge or shrink one of your tree groups. You should not have two subjects of equal value. If there is two, there should be a third with one being the main subject and the other two subordinate. Otherwise you will lose impact.
It is a good photograph and you are 90% of the way there. You have the third little tree in the middle. Just try a minor adjustment on the other two trees so you will not split the viewers attention. Make one the main subject.
Nice sillouette job.

I agree with fhotoace. Yes.
But I also like the one labeled "33" better overall. Maybe. I like the saturation of "31," but prefer the cropping of "33," especially since it includes a bird in the tree. I just think that's cool. I tweaked the color by increasing saturation and shifting hue just a tad to the left. http://www.flickr.com/photos/samfeinstein/2084505888/
This could probably be better matched you "31," but I spent about 10 seconds doing the color adjustments.

The second one does more for me. The addition of the grass in the foreground adds to the depth of the photograph. If I could give you a humble suggestion, try the composition as a vertical and move the camera position left to put the mountains in between the trees. Then they would frame up the mountains and the beautiful sunset perfectly.
Totally unrelated, but I am amazed by the colors of the sunset in your part of the world. Every image you have shared has such warmth, there really is a difference between the light over there, and the light over here.
Nice work my friend, keep it up !

Okay, I like the second one, I like the crop a bit better.
It makes it seem more...I don't know more interesting. It's not just a straight shot.
The mountains in the background look great.
Good sky color also.

I like the slightly warmer colors of the first one. You have the nice magentas at the top, then it goes into the warmer colors.
That's just me though...I like it when you can capture skies that have a lot of varying colors during sunrise or sunset.

i like the second pic best, though both are good pics. whilst the first's crop gives better exposure of the sky i like the grass that gives more forground interest in the second picture.

The second was is better. The horizon is straighter and the inclusion of the grass "anchors" the image.
Nice sky!!!
