I do not understand the way you have phrased your question.

The OT contains certain teachings on which much of the NT is based. Jesus and the apostles elaborated and taught the new Law of Faith through which many things were made clear.

So, you can say that Paul, Jesus, etc clarified many doctrines for us.

doctrines are from the bible if you find any that is not biblical then that is manmade 2 tim3:16
