Why is it so much worse than Lady flu?
Are there any natural remedies I can take to help clear it up?

i feel for you man, i suffered man flu a while back, i haven't fully recovered myself. (*sobs*)

The main symptoms are a high temperature that comes on quickly and general aches and pains. You may also experience a loss of appetite, nausea and a harsh dry cough. Despite popular mis-conceptions, there is no different between man and lady flu(!)
There is a difference between the two gender however.
Women are stronger and more willing to plow on despite illness, and in most cases have no choice but to do so.
Men on the other hand, are more simple creatures and fall apart at the slightest thing that might change their day-to-day routine.
For a man, it seems lying on the settee under a quilt sneezing and snotting pathetically, whilst watching daytime television with a woman going there there while patting gently on the head seems to be the best cure.

Man flu is by far the most painful illness known to the medical counsel
flu does not affect us ladies the way it affects men as we can multi task and we have a fab trait which enables us to remain strong under any circumstances
Sadly for men flu brings back the baby years and renders you useless
There is no cure so my advice is to snuggle under your big duvet with a hot water bottle with your flannette PJ's and watch a film

Man flu is always worse than lady flu. That's because ladies have a higher pain threshold.. they have to have to give birth! If men had to give birth, there would be no people.
The only cure is lots of beer, curry and footy on the tv.

Well, you see, us ladies are the super race so we can fight it off easier than you wimps. Hope you soon feel better. Have a lie down on the sofa with the telly on and the remote control to hand - you're sure to feel much better.
