If you can't figure out where to look for information, please don't become my doctor and I don't think I'll take your financial advice either.

first, ask ur self what subject do u excel at? math or health science? if you think u are good in math, go for Banking and Finance... you'll only spend 4 years to study. No board exams needed.

if u are good in memorizing, critical thinking, and u have a good common sense, take up medicine. but remember, u have to take up a 4 year pre-med course first then pass the Medicine Entrance Exam and study for another 4 years in MEd school. go on a 1 year Post Grad internship before taking the Med Board exam then after passing the board exam, u'll have to go on a residency training depending what specialization u want to pursue,, example PEDIATRICS require 3 years of hospital residency training. in short, to make good money you have to lose a lot first in med school. u must atleast spend 12-13 years before u become a specialist or medical consultant.
