Yes you can go KABOOM too! the problem suck thru turbo designs is fuel inside all parts of the turbo charging system a slight backfire and you have real problems. Old trans ams accomplished carb turbos with a special demand gate unser the carb.

you can use a turbo system on a carburator engine to improve performance or cumbustion efficiency of your fuel. the main function of the turbo is to deliver compressed air and to recircle exhoust gases back to the chamber .

I'm not quiet sure but i don't think you can only cuz the turbo isn't connected to the top of the carb so it would get sufficient air supply but the sell superchargers
