It's been hurting and whenever I move my back, I would burp....weird.

What is this and how do I cure this? It's been bugging me. Could it be caused by the too cold temperature here at work?

Yes, it's possible that it could be the cold temperature at work but a muscle strain (if applicable) can cause this kind of pain. Also, sometimes gas can get caught up in that area (have had it happen before) which can make things quite uncomfortable.

The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

Your sleeping positions contribute alot to back pain. I myself just booked a ciar-practor appt. about this. When I spoke to him, he said pain in that spot (the one you are talking about) is from neck positioning. I think we both might have the same problem. IcyHot temporarily works. But as far as I'm concerned, I'm sticking to that appt. Cuz trust me, I know it hurts!
