i work at nite and usually i have left overs from the day before unless mom and i are gonna stop by hardee's on the way home for our "usual" . then i am on the way home, biscuit in hand.....take my meds and off to dreamland.....usually doesn't take me more than 30 minutes tops.....but i am not sure what you mean by how long does it take you......i am usually awakened by a certain rumbling tummy sometime in the pm when i wake up....which is different times of the day.

my actual breakfast usually: nothing, usually my breakfast is lunch.... haha

the best breakfast?

a muffin (starch)
honey toast (wheat and gluten)
cereal for calories (energy)
a bannanna (potassium)
Multi vitamin (shaklee vitamins are the best money can buy)
oatmeal (if your still not full)
glass of milk (calcium and milk is just tasty)

2 overeasy eggs with liquid yolks and one croissant. It took me 10 minutes. Plus i made me some hot chocolate in a pot with powder and milk.
