First of all, in order to gain weight you must eat more calories in a day than you burn in a day. You can use a calculator such as this one http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html to determine how many calories you need to eat everyday to maintain your weight. This is based on your current height, weight, activity level. Then you know that you must eat more than this. For you, you should eat more than 2000 calories a day to gain weight. To do it healthily, you should continue to eat a healthy diet with increased portions or increase the amount of meals you have in a day. Increasing protein is a good healthy way to add calories. Make sure you continue to eat a well balanced diet fromt he different food groups to get your needed nutrients. Continue to exercise and drink plenty of water.

Healthy is the food that gives you enough nutrients and the ideal weight. Something that is unhealthy for me, because I have an excess of fat, is healthy for you, because you have a deficiency of weight. For example, pizza or pasta or rice is very good for you and adds weight. The reason it would be bad for me is not the nutrients it contains, carbs are good, as long as you don't need to lose weight! Salami and sausages are not so healthy, prefer pizza that has just cheese, ham and veg. Baby food, or baby milk, but with more double or triple the amount of milk powder than in the dosage for babies, for the same amount of water, if you shake it in a shaker like a milk shake is delicious, healthy, and puts on weight. Potatoes are a good source, not fried, which is unhealthy, but baked, with a lot of butter, cheese, etc.

Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates.
