my boyfriend is asking for a retreat letter for his retreat..what should i write?

I think the retreat letter should be agreed and signed by both parties you and your boyfriend.It should be dated as since when your relationship have been broken..Each party should keep one copy of retreat letter.The retreat letter should bear your name,date of birth,home address and any other information and also the same data of your boyfriend(bF).Since that date you relationship with your bf is only friendship relation as woith others without a sprecial relation.
You can put also the obligation of each party to search freely her/his own bf/gf and each other do not disturb anymore her/his own private life.
