I know this only applies to some people, me in particular, although even I can remember some of my dreams at times. However, when I was younger, I could remember the vast majority of my dreams the morning after having dreamt them. What are some variables or circumstances that might aid this miscommunication between the conscious and subconscious?

In my case when I wake up I start thinking about what I need to do through out the day when I think about any dream I may have had I can get bits and sometimes pieces but not the whole picture.

You can train yourself to remember some of them and you can train yourself to change them if they take a bad turn if you are close to waking. Practice trying. I think it's part of the Peter Pan Syndrome. . .You lose many things as you mature. . .but only if you let yourself. . .
