"Sweetheart (or whatever pet name you use for him), I know I'm being a silly girl right now, but sometimes I feel like I'm not the only one in your life. I don't want you to think that I doubt you. I just want you to tell me once in a while that I'm the only girl for you."

A line very similar to that was used on me. I didn't feel accused. I reassured her that she was the only girl in my life. Of course, I later broke things off with her because of her paranoia.

Good Luck!

No need to ask. Let's face facts. Very few men remain faithful through a full relationship. Men are weak and driven by the urge to propagate as many females as possible,as are all male mammals. (now watch the nasty feedback i get from this remark!)

Go with your gut instincts, if you think he's cheating he most likely is, I have been cheated on a few times, and had a bad feeling everytime.

Good luck, you dont deserve to be worried like you are, you can do better!

SAY, SOMETHING LIKE, " DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I CARE ABOUT YOU ?" THEN HESITATE AND LOOK HIM IN THE EYES AND DONT LOOK DOWN. IF HE LOOKS DOWN IN AVOIDANCE HE MAY NOT BE CERTAIN OF HIS FEELINGS TOWARD YOU. THAT DOESNT MEAN HE ISNT FAITHFUL. SAY " I WANT TO BE FAITHFUL TO YOU AND I AM FAITHFUL TO YOU AND I WANT YOU TO BE FAITHFUL TO ME , AM I ASKING TOO MUCH ??

Why do you feel you need to ask him that? Don't you trust him? If not, that could lead to bigger problems between you later on.

it is a pointless exercise, whichever way you ask him. he is going to deny it whether it's true or not. and he will be flattered that you want to know so you are playing right into his hands

My ex would sweetly hold me and smile and ask "I hope my naughty cucumber hasn't become someone else's!"
