I have a friend who has sworn that after 2 weeks of playing with a deck of tarot cards have cause her to receive visits from a little green demon man that comes to her in her bedroom and while he is in her presence she is paralyzed and cannot move but she is full awake and is aware of everything around her, ex. what tv shows is on, what's playing on the radio but she cannot move and the occurrence usually last 4-6 minutes. Can tarot cards open up portal to unwanted spirits as well just like oujia boards?

Yes they can tarot and oiuja boards are closely linked to spiritual worlds and are also linked to Satan and his demons.
I once had a friend he died at the age of 21 overdose on exstacy and drowned jumping in the ocean as this drug makes you feel like your burning up.
Anyways shortly before he died he was given a ouija board as a gift not to freak you out but he burned the board and threw it out the window of his apartment he woke up the next morning with the board at the foot of his bed without a scratch on it.
Both these items are closely linked to Satan and Hellsgates.
Tell your friend to get rid of them and have her pray for God to come and bless and protect her home

All magic has good and bad to it one must really know if she or he is ready to handle you. About to imbark on jury of untold consicences . So really you can't find out unless you try it for self. Like with spells some leave u deaf and blind , others leave parlized or worse and some before you ready will kill you, but magic not this big bad demon gonna get you it can be beautiful if meant and can sooth the senses it an art of ultimate experimentation and don't be afraid to try!? p.s. keep a crystal(quarts )at all times good luck loveYA wah! the QUEEN

There are no satans, demons, or hellsgates. Your friend needs to see a phsyciatrist, or she is telling you stories (B.S.) I've used tarot cards for years and never had a problem. It's all about keeping your mind and spirit centered and grounded. Be logical and quit believing all this negative stuff literalist christians feed you.

Probably not.
It's most likely either an alien abduction phenomena - or even more possible - sleep paralysis which paralyzes us and causes us to have auditory and sensory hallucinations (basically being awake when your body thinks you are still dreaming).
I don't think it's related to tarot cards, however.

No. They can not. Pure and simple. But if your friend is seeing "little green demons" that "paralyze" her, and she seems to be serious, you NEED to let an adult know. This is a very big sign of schizophrenia.

Tarot can & do open you up to spirit & to your psychic potential.
However, sounds to me like your freind needs to learn how to 'ground' her energies & calm her mind down, as she is opening up her imagination is running a bit wild, causing her to see more than is there.
