She meant perfect to be too good? Maybe she likes a man who is a little rough, a little macho who sometimes dominates her and not be a yes-man. There are women who are like these, get quirks out of being subdued or dominated. Want a not-too-perfect guy. But this is only when the women are not seriously considering a deep relationship, just something to while their time away because most women, when they are serious, would like men who are the opposite.

When something is too perfect...it seems to not be real...everything is not blissful in the world, but I think she meant that she wasn't good enough for you...she just worded it another way and some people feel that way. That they could never amount to you or give you the things you want

Alot of women want to be dominated.....Ive seen women get cheated on, beat on and they still stick with the loser.....Your too perfect, your too nice, you need someone better are lame excuses that say they want a more dominate aggressive type of guy.... Ive been nice to girls and they dont want anything to do with me.... but as soon as I start ignoring them or make fun of them or show any type of aggressive behavior their all over me... I would just be more aggressive around girls you like...

She has low self esteam and thinks "he could do better than me". Pehaps she has a "naughty" streak and thinks you very straight laced and thinks that some how she is bringing you down, morally, etc. If you think about it, this too is low self esteam as she sees herself as "bad" and you as "good".

well, i guess we just assume that the guy is the one whose supposed to have the problems. like it's supposed to be our jobs to fix them and keep them in line. women don't really like it when it's the other way around, and we don't really like feeling like the "worse" half of the relationship.
