To delete Carbs from a diet is not healthy at all. You need them to give you fuel to build a body. If the body doesn't have the carbs to burn it will go after your muscle tissue to make it's own. This creates two problems. One is that one of the largest muscles is the heart and the body does not differentitate one muscle from another so this dangerous. Two is once you return to eatng Carbs you will gain lots of fat without the muscles to burn it off since you pretty much killed your muscle mass with the no carb way of eating.
You need to balance the carbs with the protein intake. The body needs to be fed the right balance of foods. Any diet that calls for deleting one food group should be looked at again.
