what value/s have you learned from St. Ignatius' life, work and prayer?

I have learned the value of prayer, discipline, good works, retreats, harnessing the emotions through religious music, respect for people with other points of view. I have learned how to evaluate communism, atheism, and other ideas in our society, to find what is good and what is evil (there is usually a mixture of good and evil). I have learned to apply love to all people, and to make all my acts an act of love.
