No.
No.
No.

Tell your brother that he's ugly, and you can diet.
You are within your healthy weight range. It depends on what your bone structure is (small, med, lg?) but you are fine no matter what it is. Listen, chica, don't listen to what others (like society) tell you. There is constant pressure on women to be stick thin, but your doctor will tell you that that's actually unhealthy. A little curve in your body is what looks good (look at the Victoria's Secret models) and is what most guys actually prefer. (the super thin ones are actually intimidating for actual dating, etc.)
Write youself a little note that says "I am beautiful" and carry it around with you. Learn it, know it and believe it. No matter what anyone's size is, they always look better when they are comfortable with themselves (and that is what attracts others).

Hugs and Kisses!

Don't worry at all !!!
5.4 at 130 Pounds doesn't even come close to being fat.
Stop being self concious. Most super models are far too thin and in many cases some are very close to being deathly anorexic. Your brother (like most) is probaby just not thinking ahead before opening his mouth. He doesn't realise that what he may think is funny in a brotherly way might actually be hurtful to you. Keep in mind - If he takes the time to tease you then it probably really means he loves you.
Just be yourself and learn to love yourself and try to be be a good person for others who might be worse off than you.

when i was in 8th grade, i was 5'4" and weighed 150. my brother and step-dad always made off handed comments about how fat i was. i really let it bother me. i stressed about it so much, i would induce headaches. i am now 28 years old, and have been battling depression over half my life. i discovered that a great deal of it was due to this self doubt. i am still 5'4" tall, but i now weigh 230 pounds. i wish i could say i had a thyroid problem or something that made me gain weight, but in all reality, it was my obsession over being fat that led me to become fat. instead of triggering an eating disorder like anorexia or bulimia, it triggered depression and comfort/emotional eating. i can honestly say i am as fat now as i thought i was back then--but i'd give anything to take it all back.

weight is not worth obsessing over. 130 is ideal for 5'4". stay active and ignore your brother. that's what brothers are there for---until you're both married and have kids of your own. then you'll become friends.

Honey there is NO standard # for fatness, nore normality. The most important thing is how you feel not how you look. You could be one of the most beautiful or slim girls in your city but if you feel fat and ugly no one can help you but yourself.
Every thing is in your head. You have to believe that you are beautiful... and no one has a right to change your mind...
Based on you question I thing you are pretty young .. Don't worry after few years you will thing differently.

No you are not fat.

Your brother calling you fat is a form of bullying. Please ignore him!

I had an older brother who called me fat as a kid. It gave me issues growing up and I wish I could spare you that experience. Looking at photos from that period in my life, I was perfectly fine. I wasn't fat at all and I am sure you are not either.

Five four and 130 pounds is healthy and normal.

Yeah your brother is just a prick whos trying to get under your skin. Take what he says with a grain of salt. I'm not sure how much 130lbs is cause we use KGs over here, but if you do feel overweight/unfit, nows a good as time as any to start doing something about it, It'll make you feel better about yourself trust me! Take Care.

If you don't think you look fat in the mirror, then you are not fat. The mirror does't lie! A dress size is only a number. If you think you look & feel good about the way you look, that is all that matters!

It sounds just right to me, I'm not fat, I COULD lose five pounds, but I'm not fat, now or then, maybe you could lose five, but you are still in the green on the meter.
Your brother ...um.....*Get's a very ..very large pillow that a friend happens to have ....*
Here..if your mom asks you if you hit him..say it was just with a pillow...

your not fat thats just what brothers say just come back at him and tell him his dick is small and crooked and that when he was born the doctors sewed up his vagina to make it seem like he was a man that's why he has a line going between his but and nuts, trust me that will screw with his head beyond belief and make him think twice about telling his sister something just as ridiculous.

Nope. Your body is built for your needs. The government says that you should be at 128 for your height. You are perfect. :) Send a picture and I will tell you more.
