It depends on the age and the kind of relationship you have...
For high school couples, you need to clean up yourself and the mess you made, then go home.
For college students, you can spend the night together in each other's arms, talking and cuddling, until you fall asleep or until you are ready for round 2.
For married couple, you can spend the night together in each other's arms, talking and cuddling, until you fall asleep or until you are ready for round 2 or until your kids come into the room and ask you if they can sleep together with you or until the water faucet breaks and you have to get up and fix it or... LOL just too many things can go on for married couple is what I wanna say...

Cuddle/Snuggle up and hold her and make her feel loved. Talk to her and kiss her. Stay with her for a while as well. Do not get up and get something to eat or drink. That is extermely rude and some guys infact do that.

Usually after my fiance and I have sex, we like to hold each other and cuddle until we fall asleep. Or you can take a shower together and enjoy another round of sex.
