Photography in the Army?

Question

I've been looking for "Arts and Photography" for the Army and I can't find anything except for lithographer, audio and video.. that's pretty much it. If someone can help me.. please do. Thanks...

That's a bit of a blowoff.. check this out. http://www.navy.com/careers/officer/publicaffairs/ that's the navys public affrairs which has not much to do with photography they have their seperated.. see the difference? http://www.navy.com/careers/enlisted/artsphotography/ so why would photography be under public affairs for the army? they want you to write more than taking photographs

guess what, the Army can classify its MOSs any way they darn well please. they do not have to do exactly what the Navy or Air Force does.

Regardless, all of these jobs, MC, the Army MOSs and the AF AFSC are all taught on an ARMY Base at Ft Meade MD.

your idea of Arts and Photography may not be exactly what any Branch of the military offers. In any event,the jobs are often multi specialized( you wouldn't just be taking pictures, for instance, you may also have to know how to write articles and operate/repair broadcast equipment) and in the case of the Navy at least.. VERY hard to get into and promotion rates are low.

The Navy just completed a merger a couple of years ago, and until the last six months, you couldn't even get into MC as a first termer at all. Now they take may be100 all year.
