Is it true brushing your teeth with soap will help them remineralize?

No..I don't believe that is true. there are certain toothpastes on the market that have remineralizing qualities. Crest makes one as does Sensodyne. Don't use soap in your mouth.

No, it's not true. Most soaps are made of lard and swallowing it will make you sick.

Just take in plenty of calcium and vitamin D, brush twice a day, avoid sodas.
