Actually pretty slim. . at that height, you would probably reach terminal velocity for a human falling thorough space which is 123 to 126 mph.
In short, its not those first 160 feet or so, its that last one. . . the chances for survival from that height is <10%. . .
I hope you are not suicidal, because there are cases of people jumping from altitudes and landing on a car roof, and living, but paralyzed and on a ventilator for the rest of their life. . Making that situation worse that it was before.
If you are, please reconsider, and call a suicide hot line. . .please. . .

Record fall survival from a building to date is 70 ft or 7 floors. Based on that I would say almost none.

Unlikely. That's 160 feet. Just falling from a height twice your own has a 30% mortality rate and for each 10 feet you add, the rate doubles.

Interestingly, a cat has been known to fall from the 32nd floor with survivable injuries.
Humans... not so much.
