It's all a matter of perspective. Something as insignificant as a penny can obscure the biggest thing in existence, because the penny is so close and the star is so distant. However, the speaker probably isn't confining his meaning to the literal, but pointing out that something insignificant can get in the way of something much more important if the trivial thing is right there in front of you and the important thing is farther off--and if you LET the trivial thing get in the way!.

This quote tells you that what actually always matters is your point of view. You just have to alter your point of view to have a better understanding of something. Sometimes a tiny thing such as a peck of of dust could blind you from the biggest opportunities you have infront of you if you just were looking at something in a wrong way. So what always matters and is the most important how you look at something.

the way I interpret it: human beings can the two stick to faith & grow to be morally greater advantageous because of the fact of it. that's whilst faith is nice. Peole could additionally use faith as a capacity to an end, no count number if that's to incite wars, justify prejudices, or cause them to sense better to others.that's whilst faith is undesirable. In different words, the author judges faith on how the individuals who stick to it, finally end up. in the event that they finally end up morally balanced, the religion is nice. in the event that they finally end up being fundamentalist zealots, then it rather is undesirable. be conscious to the guy who suggested Satanism in his respond: Satanism is a misunderstood faith. It has connotations of human sacrifice, infant ingesting etc. it rather is portrayed in books & video clips each and every of the time. actual Satanism is entirely people who worship Lucifer, the "gentle bringer", in a benevolent way. they don't do evil issues, there are actually not any sacrifices, and the few rituals are actually not something greater beneficial than what you may locate in a christian church, however the satanists do discover a ethical compass on a par with Christianity. that's merely that their deity has a distinctive call & distinctive connotations. - by an analogous rule as above, the author could probably locate Satanism to be 'good' because of the fact the individuals who stick to it are regularly nicely behaved human beings.

If you had a powerful enough microscope, you might see yourself looking back.
If you had the eyes of an eagle with the microscope you might be able to see the big bang that sprang forth our universe.
If you are able to see past atoms, then you might find clusters of galaxies and nebulas.
Size is relative.

I think it's how sometimes a small flaw in a person is used as an excuse/ reason to dismiss him/ her entirely. Even though this person is a star (great person/ personality) he's overlooked because of something that's not important

I think it may mean that you can let money become so important to you that for the right amount offered to you, you can be talked into seeing or not seeing whatever the giver wishes.
In other words, you will agree to say what someone tells you to for the right price.
Best Wishes

Okay, I honestly have no idea. Maybe I would say that if you keep the small disappointments in your life too close to your heart, they will eventually hide your accomplishments and dreams. (?)
