Seriously, I observe how people treat suicides and it's usually seen as selfish, evil and the people who commit suicide are cowards and sad people who have mental issues. They are often told to get help--counselor, therapist--but what if they don't have a problem with their life. Maybe they just have a problem with life. We are the same as any other animal, we are born, we reproduce, we die. That's basically it. It takes a lot to kill yourself and I don't think its fair to call those who did it cowards. They are far more courageous than any living person because it's not an easy thing to do...I don't know...I live a pretty ok life. I graduated High School in June and I had fun there. I just don't see the point to continuing living. We keep telling ourselves that there is a purpose, we must be here for a reason and when you look at it, life is miraculous in it's own ways ways but I think it's all luck. If I didn't have a family, I honestly wouldn't hesitate. What do you think?

As far as crazy goes - this is when a person is living outside of reality.
As far as suicide goes - This is a sadness that is to the Nth degree, to purposely end any human life is a matter of gross disrespect.

Even when feeling so low that I did not want to live another minute, in my conscience was the distinct impression that I was taking what is God's alone - my very life and death - and determining I knew better as to when I should die - and that was to slap God in the face with disrespect. God alone is the one who gives life or ends life. That is not something for us to take into our own hands.

Learn more about God and the value of human life. Read the Gospel of John in the Bible. As you begin to understand what God and Jesus are all about, you will also begin to understand what life's purposes are all about, too.

There is more to life than what you learn in High School, so much more to understand, to embrace or to reject, there is so much more to love than what you see at the movies. And life's purpose is to be lived.

Life may well be without meaning, but then, so is death. It's pretty easy to pop a pill, and lie down. Find your own purpose in life, and have fun, and experience much pleasure, along the way, and try to leave the world a little better, for having lived in it.

i totally agree with you. i keep thinking this, as arguments for why i should kill myself. i genuinely believe there is no point to life - you're born, you work, you die. i see no hope in that.

and i don't think those who kill themselves are cowards - i hate it when people say that. they don't think of the suffering that causes people to even think of suicide. they don't know the mental torment. they don't know the pain that person may go through as they die - particularly those that drink bleach, as it corrodes the stomach lining and slowly eats away at the insides. people who have done this have been in so much agony, that they have thrown themselves through glass. i doubt many people would have the guts to do that.

i agree with you, though i may be biased, being suicidal.

My daughter shot herself 1 1/2 years ago. We knew she had mental problems and did what we could. She is gone now but not a day goes by for us that are left behind that we don't think and ask why? What do we tell her son that turned two the same month she died? Suicide ends your problems but creates a million problems for those that you love, but you left behind. That is why they're called cowards and weak, they took the easy way out of this world. Strength is in living in the world and trying to make it better even if it seems a futile gesture.

No you aren't crazy. Almost everyone has thought about suicide. Generally life after highschool is better. You just have to find where you are supposed to be. You seem to be very realistic; I'm sure you will be ok.

Mentally sick human beings have been noted as demonic interior the previous. yet now this is been needless to say proved all psychological problems are brought about by way of the perverted states of basic habit. (libidinal energies or engrams) So non secular motives could be discarded now.
