How do you burn a multitrack cd from one, very long, mp3?

I have a live concert on a mp3 that is 1 hour + long. I want to burn it to a cd but I want a track 1, track 2, track 3, etc. instead of one long cd with no breaks. What software do I use and how do I do it?

Audacity, Goldwave which are both FREE or Adobe Audtion which is for pros

For Mac
Garageband
Logic Express or Logic Studio

Import or drag the tracks onto the time line then move the slider to the point you want to edit the track and cut it then save as.
