I wouldnt say I'm addicted to them, but I do take them sometimes to help me relax and fall asleep. And sometimes would be, I'd say, about 2-3 times every 2 weeks. However, I both do and don't like the feeling I get when i take them. i like how relaxed i feel when i do, and i go into a very deep sleep that it's hard for me to get out of in the morning. i don't like them for this same reason, and i'm afraid i'll eventually become addicted to that feeling if i keep taking them. but sometimes i'm so wired up at night that i feel i must take them in order to get a decent rest. what can i do to stop relying on the pills, and get into a relaxed state so i can fall asleep and get up at a decent time?

Celery does have some calming qualities, the juice is known for it's effectiveness, but the deep breaths, will keep you awake, since it will pull more oxygen into your brain & all over your body.

your taking them is not enuf to worry about, it's probably the brand, or strenth they've given you that leads to that groggy feeling.

but some teas have a calming effect, chamomile, valerium root, & some others, check w/your health food store, or go to
customerservice@swanson.com & submit your question, i do, it may take a day or 2 but they will get back w/you.

also i take a natural supplement called Melatonin, it doesnt leave you groggy, & cost very little, no side effects at all.

attempt getting a physique pillow. those are the somewhat long thick ones which you would be able to cuddle up with. in case you sleep nicely which incorporate your bf, perhaps you in basic terms % a heat physique next to you, this could help. There are different the right thank you to bring about sleep. attempt some organic evening tea. possibly even paintings out late interior the night so which you drain all your potential and nod off much less complicated. i would not recommend getting drowsing pills. they are too concern-free to get addicted to, as you alread understand. Or in case you may, attempt employing them for below each and every week to get your physique on the main awesome drowsing time table and stop employing the pills after that and don't injury the hot sleep time table. wish this facilitates!

Instead of using drugsm try taking some all natural remedies to fall asleep. Celery has a natural chemical in it to help you feel more relaxed. You can also drink green tea or peppermint tea-they can be very soothing. You can also try drinking some warm milk.

Then once you're in bed, try breathing deeply for 5 to ten minutes. This should relax you enough that you'll fall asleep.

When i can't sleep I heat up some milk in the microwave and put vanilla syrup in it. That usually knocks me out, haha. Basically almost any warm drink, with no caffiene might help you. Then if that doesn't work get those organic pill things that one girl above me mentioned.
