Hang out with friends, take a drive to the country, have a picnic, get a pedicure, get a massage, have sex, clean house, listen to "happy" music, TALK TO GOD.... the main thing for me is to stay busy. Do something, I try to not lay in bed in only makes me more depressed.

Watch TV or movies
Play computer or video games
Read a good book

I go for a walk. I only feel bad when I'm bored. Walking keeps my mind off of what is making me feel bad.

I walk and have a talk with my higher power. I also analyze any difficulties I have been having with those close to me.

put on a beautiful outfit, do your makeup, go to the salon if u can, and go out with your girlfriends!! or even by yourself. also get a massage first at the spa.
