She is 35 and I am 22, she gave me her number awhile back and when I made a move she rejected me( I asked for a kiss, after she told me she likes guys that take control) Now, when I see she asks if I still have her number? Why would she ask me after she rejected me? I don't understand. Does she want a friend or a boy toy? Please give your advice.

You asked her for a kiss instead of just kissing her. You lost the control in the asking. She is still interested, She just needed to think about the situation. Perhaps the reason of her asking you to call is to be up front with you. Maybe she wants it to not go any farther. Or who knows. Just go with the flow and don`t try to understand. You will be better off.

Tell her you're confused about the situation and just ask her how she feels.
Letting a guy kiss you and letting him call you are two different things.
