Best video editing software for windows?

I have a quad core processor etc.. and im wondering what the best video editing software is for windows thats compariable to professional mac software.

I like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro
(exact same stuff that runs the Mac, but it works better on the PC -- newer video cards)

The best one I reccomend is Sony Vegas
