We need more like him and less like them.

Under the law; no he was not and will probably be prosecuted.

Under common sense, damn right he was and if it happened four or five hundred times a night in this country some of the crap would stop! Not to mention some seriously plummeting insurance rates.

I hope the jury nullifies the verdict. I have heard Texas prosecutors comment after a not guilty verdict that, "the jury determined the victim need killing". IMO we could use a few more juries like that...

First, learn how to spell or at least learn how to use spell check. Second, there were three shots. The hero missed once, but he did get them both. Way to go hero. I don't give a crap what color or nationality the perpetrators were. They were breaking the law. There is something to be said for vigil anti justice.

no he was not. how would the neighbor now if these men were relatives or not, or that the owner gave them permission to go into their home?????? the man had no right to shoot the men, thats why the operator told the man to stay in his own home. thats what the police get paid for. they would have come and asked the men wnat they were doing there, the neighboor did hid job, he should have let the police do the rest!!!!!!!

In my opinion.

He was a cold blooded murder.

He should send 15 years in jail.

No one has the right to kill any1 over property.

USA is a sick country that values material things over human life that leads to 99% of the problems.

Question: Should stores be allowed to kill shoplifters ?

It amazes me the same idiots that support this killer would decry Islam cultures that profess the same ideology.

*all my posts are my opinion.
