It doesn't go by states - it's regulated by cities and counties. If you want to know if your town our county has a breed bad, you'll have to contact you city hall.

ADD:
I forgot to mention that you will have to check with your homeowners policy. Many will cancel your policy if you have an aggressive breed.

I don't think there's really a list you can pull up as to where they're banned... some certain states have that law, or there's states where they are banned in certain citys only.... you'd have to look up youe city or state of intrest to look up that info or call the city hall of that town.

Louisiana didn't out and out ban them but they put extremely restrictive laws on owning them. You have to keep them pinned at all times or on a lease. You also have to have special liability insurance to own them.
Arkansas is pretty much the same with having to carry insurance on them.

I saw someone post once that they are banned statewide in VA, but I don't know if it is true. They are banned at the city level in many areas across the nation.
