If you expect to have the URL work the entire URL must be used. Not all Browsers will automaticly add the http://
Thus making the URL unrecognisable.
So you must always use the entire address if you expect it to work 100% of the time. And, remember some URL's are dead links and don't work no matter what you do.
Don
