My dog has been walking funny, almost like shes constapated. She hugs her butt to anything near her (the wall, a persons leg) and shakes whenever anyone gets near her. She is a very nice talk and has been crying when people touch her sometimes? She walks almost like she is limping with her to back legs, but then jumps up on me when i call her, so I know her legs don't hurt her. Do these symtoms coorispond with anything?

You might want to take her to the Vet.
It's possible that her glands are blocked which can be very uncomfortable to a pet.
If you ever see your pet dragging her butt--it means she's trying to get her glands to release--not the dog having worms so don't reprimand on that. Usually, when a dog has a BM they can excrete their glands and no problems. Some dogs just can't do it by themself. If her hind end is swollen (two areas--one on each side) she needs to have help extracting her glands.

Vet is going to be the best idea.. it does sound like what my dog was doing.. and the vet has diagnosed him with advanced hip displaysia .. (basically the hip joints hardened).. in my dog there is little to be done.. as he is too old to put under (and has many other things wrong with him).. but if caught early enough there might be a good treatment for it.. (and one of the treatments will most likely be glucosamine which helps repair joint damage)

But, that's not a real diagnosis.. I can't see the dog, nor feel the hip joints.. that's just how my dog acted right before we brought him in to the vet.

All of these symptoms are consistent with a back injury and she needs to go to the vet immediately! If she ends up with inflammation around her back it can cause serious problems. Her legs could be hurt to even with her jumping on you. Dogs are very stoic. They don't usually let pain stop them from doing much unless it's incredibly severe! Is she a datschund? Shitzu? Pomeranian? These breed are prone to back problems. It sounds like she is in a whole lot of pain and needs to go to the vet as soon as possible!

sometimes the dogs anal sack needs to be drained. they have a small pouch like bag on their bums and if it is infected it can cause a lot of pain and discomfort. it is best to seek veterinary advice but look and see if that sack is large and leaking.
