Ok so my question is what will happen if if wake up at 10am each day eat breakfast(any cereal/w milk)+a pint glass of water and then just skip lunch and eat mabe a full meal or take away 4 tea+pint glas of water (around 5 6 or 7pm) is it safe? p.s PLEASE DO NOT SAY EAT 5/6 MEALS A DAY

Simple answer. Don't do it.
I am going to say eat 5/6 meals a day, BUT the total calorie intake for the entire day should be around 1800. If your intent is to lose weight drop the daily intake to 1200-1400. That said, your body is better off eating often. An apple here, banana there. Also, check into breakfast bars. They have around 120 calories and would count a one of the 5/6 meals a day.

Your metabolism will slow down. You need more nutrients (especially protein) to keep you going throughout the day. I know that it's hard to eat 5-6 meals a day. I have a hard time eating 3 myself. But at least try another meal with cereal or a sandwich for a "lunch" around 2ish. Something to keep your blood sugar up. Pay attention to how you feel between meals. My husband has a slow metabolism and he can last 6 hours between meals while I have a fast metabolism and can only go 2 hours without some protein or complex carbohydrates. Cheese and crackers or a peanut butter sandwich keeps me going. Pretzels are good for a pick me up when I'm out without having packed anything.

I only eat 2 meals a day and I am thin. If you want to have 2 meals a day you are better to skip dinner than lunch. You don't need to measure the amount of water you drink either have plenty as it helps with cellulite. I have chicken in the morning as the lean protein helps to get your metabolism fired up and I either have lean meat and salad at lunch time or at dinner time. If I get hungry I throw in a low fat yogurt or a piece of fruit and this works well for me. I am healthy

You need to eat three healthy & "well balanced" meals each day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you prefer, make your lunch your a big meal, & make your dinner your smaller meal. In the early evening, you can enjoy a small piece of fresh fruit with water. Drinking plenty of water daily, helps eliminate the impurities in your body which will result in weight loss. Don't forget to get out & move in one way or another. (walking is the most natural form of exercise)

idk if that's safe or not... but it's not healthy to starve your body.

during lunch you could maybe snack on some fruits and veggies.

but if you wanna eat a lot.. just make sure to exercise.and some people have a higher metabolism than others... like i weigh 100 lbs and am 5'4" and pig out all the time.. it's just i have a high metabolism.. and sometimes i barely eat because i'm not hungry... and eat about 3x than normally the next day. which isn't good for weight because i've heard that if you stop eating for a couple days... and eat a lot.. you gain twice as much weight..

Hmmm if you eat enough I guess its safe... the only thing I'd be worried about though is you getting hungry sometime in between your 1st and 2nd meal or after your 2nd meal, and then just binge eating. Which is when you eat tons and tons of food because your body feels like its starves so it takes in as much food as it can.

You while probably gain a couple pounds, because your body will think it needs to store energy for lack of food. So I would suggest at least 3 meals a day.

Your body will go into starvation mode if you don't eat three meals a day. I feel your pain, it is very hard for me to force myself to eat more than two meals a day. I still struggle with it.

Try to break up your meals, if you want to lose weight.

Yes it is safe, but don't forget that only eating twice daily will slow down your metabolism. Make sure that you are getting enough protein. Digesting protein speeds up your metabolism.
