It seems like your relationship is on a one-way road. It sounds like you need to take a detour to get on the right path...a detour that doesn't include your current SO (if I should even consider calling him that). But what is his reason for his paranoia? He is extremely insecure and there seems like a trust issue. Have either of you cheated in the relationship?
In any event, your relationship is not healthy. If you can't settle things personally, than perhaps seeking professional help with counseling. All relationships should be mutual, so it doesn't like the issue is you, but him.

It's both of you. Why would you want to continue in a relationship with someone that is that controlling. Are you an adult? Does he ask you if he can go out? Now he is controlling, next he's throwing food everywhere, after that he will be throwing you everywhere. It's time to cut your loses and move on. Sounds like you are doing everything anyway.

He treats you like **** becasue you let him.
You deserve better. But I doubt you have the inner strength to leave him. Sorry, sister... he may be a prick, but YOU are the asshole for putting up with it.
STOP COMPLAINING AND WHINING ABOUT THE LOSER AND DO SOMETHING TO MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER.
by the way... he will NEVER change. He will NEVER become waht you want him to. LEAVE NOW and find a better life.
Sincerely
///Truth

It's him, he's a jerk and you have to leave him for your own sanity and for the welfare of your children. He has no business treating you like this. You shouldn't have to ask him for permission to go out with your friends!
Leave him and don't go back. No matter much he begs, and promises to change. They never do, hon.

i could frivolously say i'm uncertain what they're speaking approximately. Then ask them what the crime is they're speaking approximately and ask how and why they think of it became into me. i could then provide them a proof on why it wasn't me. in the event that they nonetheless choose to believe it became into me, so be it, i will enable them to think of incorrect, the fact will come out one way or yet another.

It's him for behaving like an arrogant, domineering creep. And it's you for putting up with it. If he loved you he wouldn't treat you with such disrespect. And if you had a healthy level of self-esteem you wouldn't tolerate it.
