For it is prophesied in the scripture that the sun will be hotter than ever before is it not? And if I remember right; the first go around was the the great flood. The second go around will be by fire. And the Bible also refers to a star falling from heaven (Meteor?) and the star's name was wormwood. So as for me, I believe that global warming is absolutely real! I think it is part of the prophesy. What do you think?

Oh, and I forgot about how the Bible also mentions that the seasons will only be known by the budding of the trees! I know I have not quoted the scripture word for word. I'm just explaining it how I understand it.

Okay! So if what you say is true, then the Bible may be referring to a nuclear missle! Or Nuclear war. I won't dispute that! It could either be a comet, meteor, or nuclear missle.

Who said anything about Al Gore? I'm an independent thinker. I do not care what politicians say. This has more to do with fact and what the scripture says. I Christian who believes the prophesy in the Book or Revelations cannot deny global warming! Cause it is Prophesied!

I never said God would allow man to destroy the earth. But the Earth is obviously getting hotter! I'm not saying it is man's fault.

Well, all cycles will come to an end when lucifer is bound up and chained. And eventually he will be cast into the lake of fire for eternity!

While i think Global warming needs more data, and that the earth had warmer periods in the past, and it would actually be better in the long run (if we could last that long) if the earth warms up a degree or two, yet the kind of warming the Bible warns of is not what the Global Warming people are foretelling, but something far more severe.
And that souls should flee from a state of "eternal warming" that is far more severe and surer than even the worst scenarios Global Warming religionists paint. But like as they contend for AGW, it will man's own fault if they end up there, having forsaken the greatest salvation God could ever offer.
(Rom 8:32) "He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?"
(1 Tim 1:15) "This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief."
(Acts 3:19) "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;"

Even if it's ALL true, that man is the cause of it and there is no possible way that this Earth which is more stable Geologically and Meterologically than it ever has been in the history of the Earth, it is nothing compared to the time when God will pour His wrath out on the Earth.
What Wormwood will do is sour the waters, make one third of the water undrinkable. So it really has nothing to do with Global warming.
People and their popular thought all through history has been in error. From the Earth being the center of the universe, to the ozone hole political propaganda, it's all popular thought and nothing compared to what God will do with the Earth.

Certain things must happen in order for certain prophecies to become fulfilled. What we are seeing in global warming is just one part of the way things will happen.
It is inevitable.
This is why prophecies are doubted- seemingly "natural" events occur so people think it isn't a prophecy, but a natural occurrence. They cannot see the prophetic part.

That star whose name is wormwood, they changed the name.
Its name now is Golly.
Mark that in your Bible, the new name is Golly. It will plunge into a glacier, and all the church folks will go "Hallelujah, another prophesy!"

Sorry, I'm not an AlGorian just yet. Global Warming is a myth anyway. The question is: what are we going to do about global cooling?
Btw if the AlGore cared about our planet he would be talking about population control which would, of course, solve many problems facing mankind.
