You are pretty tall so you shouldn't expect to weigh the same as smaller girls. If everyone tells you that you look good then you shouldn't be too concerned. If you are unhappy with the way you look, there are little things you can do that can help you safely lose a few pounds:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Eat a healthy breakfast within an hour of waking up each day
Don't eat after 8:00
And keep a diary of everything you eat each day and then see if there are times when you could have eaten something more healthy.
With these little changes you will feel a little better and maybe lose a little weight. Don't worry about it though, you are fine.

Ok Here goes: Eat a hearty breakfast and, then, about 4 to 6 hours after you FINISH breakfast, eat a big lunch. In the middle, eat stuff like carrots that has fibre but no calories. Between lunch and dinner, continue to eat stuff that will fill y our tummy but which has no calories like a nutritional bar or a fruit.. At night, eat dinner at least 4 hours before you go to bed. Don't eat any bread or pasta or stuff like that at night. Eat salad. Do step aerobics for 20 minutes as soon as you wake up each morning. If you do that for 6 months, you will probably lose at least 25 lbs. AND you will remain helathy and strong!

no soda, a lot more water and real juices. not as many breads, pastas, cereals, but when you do eat whole wheat or multigrain. dont eat past 7 or 8 every night! late snacking is the worst, and also hardest to keep from doing. i dont know if diets are the best thing, i like to try to make a couple rules for myself...this is all, of course, in addition to a well balanced workout plan.

Hmm. Honestly, I don't think you can trust the information you receive here. What I recommend is that you pay a visit to your doctor and discuss it with them. Your needs are going to be different than someone else's. Your weight and size and health and lifestyle is unique. That is one reason a lot of people have difficulties losing weight: they try things that are not relevant to their own, specific problem. Your doctor will be able to sit down and discuss your lifestyle with you and help you pin-point where your problem is, and help you come up with a strategic solution that works for YOU. It might be a little embarrassing to do, I admit, but if you are serious about getting your weight down, and want to do it healthily, I recommend giving it a shot. You've got nothing to lose but your weight.
Good luck!
