Are there any jobs i can get at the hospital now?

If you take a job at the hospital now there is a chance you will be turned off nursing as a vocation and lifetime occupation.

I think you should go to nursing school. You will learn to manage the stressors, and there are plenty of those , as you meet them along the way. If you like, learn how to be a ward clerk. You have to go to school to learn medical terminology, and many other things.

there always seem to be volunteer opportunities. You could work in the laundry or the dietary dept now, housekeeping or admitting but in the area of nursung I believe you have to be a certified Nurse asst which requires some schooling. There are always non-licensed positions available: ER Tech, pharmacy tech, lab tech, unit clerk, unit aide, etc...
Any of these can expose you to the inner workings of the hospital.
The best part is that they may offer tuition reimbursement that will help with financing your education.
