If he's already taking into consideration no longer spending, Wat do U assume in a 12 months?! do not u dare spend ur money or time! He might just have a lot of money to spend recklessly.
The earrings could be fake too.
If a guy doesn't like a girl he won't buy her anything!! He must at least want something from her whether its sexually or as a gift in return. She shouldn't feel obligated to match his gift either way.
