Make your own.
Just stuff sand in some huge bag and start punching and kicking them. It's a lot better and doesn't break apart as easily as those soft bags you see at some store.

everlast is ok if you get the higher brand. most companies have an economy brand that is crappy everlast mistake was to keep it the same name as their regular brand therefore giving the whole brand a bad name. more instance grants have an eco line too with century, etc...

are you just planning on punching or kicking too? if you are going to kick get a "thai" or "banana" bag. brand wise as long as you get real leather and a good weight then you should be fine

What kind of bag are you looking for? For heavy bags, Everlast is decent. Reyes are good but kind of expensive.
Grant or Ringside are good bags that don't cost much.
For speed bags I would reccomend Adidas.
For double end bags use Ringside.
If you're going to use the heavy bag, get a good set of bag gloves and a good set of wraps.
