i went to a garage to get a inspection sticker and i got rejected and the garage is closed all week so is it leagal to go to a different garage to get it inspected?

is there any way you can cheat the system?

Is it possible to say it was stolen?

Nope, you got to fix the problems that caused the vehicle to fail. If the next guy passes it with a rejection sticker, he is putting is neck, his station, and the confidence of his customers on the line along with getting a serious fine, loss or suspension of his inspection license. besides, the guy that inspected your vehicle and rejected it has to submit a copy of the inspection form to the state DMV. That form has your VIN number on it and the rejection sticker number on it. so if another garage inspected it and passed and turns in his form without noting the rejection sticker number on it with the corrections made. it will be caught and he is pretty much busted. In short, you are looking for someone to commit fraud.
