I'm almost desperate. I'm not fat, just a lil thick but i'm knocking real close to my max allowance weight. I need to loose at least 10 LBS for me to feel comfortable.

Swim several laps a day at an indoor pool (it's cold outside).

Run a couple of miles.

Run up and down stairs several times.

Go cycling up the side of a mountain or on a bike trail for a few miles a day.

DO NOT drop your intake of daily calories. BAD, BAD, BAD. Just letting you know.

You'll lose 8 to 10 pounds.

Don't binge, purge or starve yourself. Your body's no fool and you will get bloated in the face and hands, instead, if you try and pull a stunt like that.

Good luck.

cut out fat and sugar and eat fruit and veggies and work out, work out, work out. Do lots of easy running and sit ups and it will help u out there, too.
congrats and good luck.
remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so u may not lose as much as u think, when u tone up some thickness, but will make a big difference, especially over thirty days.
Air force is THE choice, proud of u.

Add more broccoli and cauliflower to your diet. Also, look into onions and bell peppers.... Don't eat these things exclusively! Just eat more than you do now. Also, more water...drink at least 2 liters of water a day. (yeah that's alot, but it's what's recommended by nutritionists) also, and lastly, never eat after 6pm...ever.

Good luck and thank you for your commitment to our country.

use the gym, eat healthy foods (apples, bananas, tomatos...), jog every morning or afternoon (if you don't like to jog, go for a brisk walk). Just eat healthy (cherrios) and watch what you do. Oh, and lay off the fats (sodas, beer, chips....)
