Red will always be in your hair, red is a real hard color to get it. Depending how dark you want to go, you can die it a dark brown or black. The red will fade out with these colors or not be as noticeable.

You need to get a color with ash in it-but you have to be careful it doesn't go green. You need to go to Sally beauty suplies. Ask someone that works there they can help you better. You can buy the color and the cream mix. They also sell colors that are called brass busters (that helps keep the red out ) I would get enough to dye your hair twice and the first time you dye your hair leave the dye on for half the time suggested (to prevent hair from turning green) and in two weeks time dye your hair again but that time leave it on for full time-- remember a color with ash that is a brass buster-- I use medium ash brass buster--beware of any color that has golden in the title( it will cause the red)

I'd say just go for a similar brown (assuming you are using box dye), and make sure it has no red undertones in it... it would be a more yellowy brown. If anything, go for a darker brown rather than a lighter one since it seems to me that whenever anyone lightens their hair it brings out the red.

As a cosmetologist i could recommend the Redken colorings EQ dyes on your hair. they have a superb decision of hues. And the fact that your mild isn't a foul element, i'm very mild myself fantastically much white and the Redken hues truly make me seem tremendous. And green is the complimentary colour to the pink colour you want on your hair so which you will seem staggering even with mild dermis. yet the place you do have highlights it is going to take place lighter yet that's no longer a foul element, it may upload intensity on your hair. I say decide for it! there is not any way you may mess this up. as long as you do no longer pass in direction of bleached blonde you will no longer have any problems. artwork it! additionally, make particular once you do get your hair finished which you utilize a ten quantity developer, 10 v. is used for depositing colour; something larger than 10 will make you even lighter which isn't the place you want to pass.

A medium or dark Ash Brown. Ash brown does not contain red hues...it acts as a drabber for red. Then go to a beauty supply place and get a "Red Drabber"...they'll know what you're talking about.

Dark brown is always flattering and will get the red outta there. Be sure to go to a salon, though, because then you will have a better chance of getting it done the way you want.

or
ash base (my favorite). i die ash medium brown with hightlite, looks beautiful

I think you should get an auburn color. That way, you won't look weird withought your natural color. Auburn is brown with a slight red tint. It will get rid of the unwanted, noticable red.

If your skin tone and eyebrows are light try going with a light brown. If your coloring is darker, try going with dark brown.
I think you might want to try more of a red, not less.
